Abstract Mitochondria is a decisive organelle of cells that produces adenosine triphosphate (ATP) by the process oxidative phosphorylation Krebs cycle and electron transport chain. The chain system mitochondria embodies multiple enzyme supercomplexes including complex I to V which located in inner membrane. Although simple activity some as-isolated has been studied so far, steady-state kinetic analysis each within form mitochondrial supercomplex not depth. To this end, parameters I–IV were determined using steady-kinetic corresponding substrates them. Catalytic binding affinity between enzymes obtained fitting data Michaelis–Menten equation. Acquired represented distinctive values depending on complexes can be interpreted characteristics distinction or ratio itself under form. indirect k cat varied from 0.0609 0.334 s −1 order III, II, I, IV K m also diverse 5.1 μM 12.14 mM.
